Your plan decides how many strategies run without hourly charges and which advanced features you get. You can use AlphaFox without subscribing; strategies beyond your included slots are billed hourly in credits. Go to: Account → Membership.
The top of the page shows Credits, Current plan (with its expiry), Live slots, and Paper slots; the plan cards are below.

Plus has the same strategy capability as Basic — what it adds is included slots. Advanced take-profit and stop-loss is for Pro and Pro Max only. A ”—” means the plan card doesn’t list it. Monthly is 30 days and yearly 365 days; yearly is priced like getting 2 months free. The purchase window shows the actual amount, including any coupon discount, and that figure is the one you pay.
Credits
Membership and hourly billing are both paid in credits.

Billing beyond your slots

- Only running (including starting) strategies take a slot and incur charges. Stopping a strategy stops billing and frees its slot.
- You get a reminder when your credits are expected to last only 72 hours, and again at 24 hours.
- If an hourly charge can’t be paid, the strategy is stopped and its positions are closed; the stop reason reads “Billing failure”.
A failed hourly charge stops the strategy and closes its positions. For long-running live strategies, keep enough credits or turn on auto-recharge.
Subscribe or renew
Pick a period and plan
Switch between Monthly and Yearly above the plan cards, then click Subscribe on the plan you want (your current plan shows Renew).
Add a coupon (optional)
Enter it under Coupon code in the purchase window and click Preview price. “Discount …” means it applied.
Confirm payment
The window shows how many credits will be charged. If your credits fall short, the rest is covered from funding-account USDC one-for-one. If both fall short, you’ll see Top up. After you confirm, “Membership is active” means you’re done, and your plan and slots update at the top right away.
When you renew or buy again, any remaining plan time is added on top of the new period. Live and paper slots are set to the new plan’s counts, with the same expiry as the plan.
Upgrading and downgrading

Newcomer benefits
Click the gift icon Newcomer benefits at the top right. There are three one-time tasks; each gives 3 days of Plus, 9 days in total:

If you already have Pro or Pro Max, the reward is converted into equivalent time on your current plan without changing it. Each task can be claimed once per account.
You can also claim 7 days of Plus once after depositing at least 50 USDC into an AlphaFox trading account (converted to your current plan); the card is on the Trading Accounts page. Registering exchange UIDs also grants Plus Face Value days — see Rebate Management.
FAQ
My coupon is rejected? The message tells you why: the code doesn’t exist, isn’t active, has expired, can’t be used for this plan, uses a different currency, or has reached its usage limit. Free upgrades don’t take coupons.
“Your AlphaFox site balance is not enough”? Your credits plus funding-account USDC don’t cover the price. Top up the funding account, then buy again.
What happens when my plan expires? When the plan expires you drop back to Basic and lose its advanced features. When slots expire, running strategies beyond your remaining slots start billing hourly in credits and stop if credits run out.
