Copy Signal Management
Published Jul 9, 2026 · Updated Oct 16, 2026
Copy signal management brings your own signal sources into AlphaFox so you can pick them when you create a copy strategy. Open it from Strategy → Copy signal management. It has two pages:
| Page | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Exchange credentials (default) | Save exchange login credentials used to sync your copy relationships on the exchange |
| My signals | Add and manage signal sources, and check their status and 30-day return |
Save an exchange credential
| Exchange | Auth type |
|---|---|
| Binance | Cookie + CSRF |
| Bybit | Secure Token |
| OKX | Authorization |
| Bitget | Session |
| Gate.io | Token |
| Fomo | Privy |
Install the credentials plugin
The page asks you to install the AlphaFox credential sync extension first. Click Install credentials plugin and add it from the Chrome Web Store; it reads the credential from the exchange page for you.
Create a credential
Click New credential. In the Add credential dialog, choose the Exchange and Auth type, then paste the value into Credential.
Save
Click Save credential. It appears under Saved credentials with the Active status; the list shows only a masked value.
When the exchange Cookie expires, the credential is marked Inactive and syncing that depends on it stops. Log in to the exchange again, then use Edit credential or Update to restore to update it—no need to create a new one. Delete credential removes the record permanently. To get warned when a Cookie is about to expire or has expired, turn on Telegram Cookie status alerts in Notification Settings.
Credentials are submitted only through this site, and the page does not keep the plaintext in your browser beyond the form. Submit only values from sources you trust.
Saved Binance credentials are also used by Binance leader subscriptions: the card at the bottom of Exchange credentials has a Manage button that takes you to the Tools page. See Tools for how it works.
Add a signal source
On My signals, click Add signal and pick a source type:
| Source type | Use it to | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Copy connection | Publish a Binance copy relationship you follow as an independent signal source | A valid Binance credential and an active copy relationship under it |
| Trading account API | Publish signals from a live trading account you connected | A connected live trading account; see Trading Accounts |
| Hyperliquid wallet | Follow an on-chain wallet’s trades | The wallet address |
| TradingView | Receive your own private TradingView alerts | A TradingView strategy alert |
Hyperliquid wallet
Enter the Wallet address (0x..., or paste a hyperx.trade link). Custom name is optional and defaults to the last 6 characters of the address. Click Add address. Each account can add up to 5 addresses; delete an old one when you hit the limit. If an active copy strategy still uses the source when you delete an address, the source stays and only leaves your list.
TradingView
Click Create signal, then open Details and copy the Webhook URL and Alert JSON into the same TradingView strategy alert. The signal is active as soon as it is created; use Delete signal when you no longer need it. See Connect TradingView Signals for the full workflow.
Copy connection
Choose a saved Binance credential and an Active copy relationship, enter a Signal name, and click Confirm publication. The public code and linked relationship stay fixed after publication. Following the source carries no signal fee; strategy runtime fees are separate. If the credential expires, update the original credential on Exchange credentials, then click Retry publication.
Manage your signals
The top of My signals shows the number of Signal sources and how many Need attention. The Signals list can be searched by name or signal code and filtered by source type. It shows each source’s listing status, status, and 30-day return.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The source is working |
| Initializing | Just added and getting ready |
| Paused | The source is paused |
| Unavailable / Error / Failed | Needs a look—click Manage to see why |
How this relates to copy strategies
This page only brings signals in. To trade them automatically, create a copy strategy and pick these sources. In the strategy’s signal source picker, Add your own signal source brings you back here. See Follow a Leader for the full steps.
